PC Unboxing Video

Today I have a computer un-boxing video for you.  The computer is from CyberPowerPC.com.  The ordering and shipping process was really smooth.  The order was also proceed very quickly.  There was however one snag that took place resulting in a couple weeks delay.  When we made the order the billing address was not the same as the delivery address.  Although an email was sent to us to inform us of this problem we never received it due to spam blockers so we only found out after contacting them.  However besides this one hiccup the whole process went very well.  Having used their customer service, I would have to say it is defiantly above average.  Also contacting a customer service rep while on the page shopping was very quick and easy.  If anyone were to order from Voodoo (HP) or Alienware (Dell), considering how over priced they are, I would have to say they either have a brain deficit or are stupid.  Probably both.
